We all have that dream ‘salon’ in our minds, where we wish to treat our self for special occasions, where all the rich guys and girls of the city go to get a haircut and celebrities as well. But we fear to step in to such salons. The main lead in this short film breaks out his hesitation and steps in to the salon just a day before his wedding. We all have that pleasing thought, that getting dressed and buying stuffs from branded boutiques always symbolizes high standards and makes us feel more special on some marked occasions. Hair cut is a 9 minute short movie starring Imran Rasheed as the main lead along with prolonged list of celebrities and noncelebrities like Kunal Khemu, Akarsh Khurana, Pallavi Rohatgi and others. The Guest is a rumpling  and mysterious journey in valleys with warm music abutting ears, Sounds fine until you reach  your destiny. A road trip that will flagerbast by the time you reach  the end. A small breakdown, and a good Samaritan to help in the middle of the night in the unknown hamlet with no inhabitants in sight; and when you just thought everything was fine, you are in big surprise. ‘The Guest’ is a strange and inscrutable short film that keeps us baffled with his trip. This short film directed by Ayappa K.M,  impressed the jury and became the winning film under the Large Short Films category at the Mumbai Film Festival 2016.
